Warning about sigma makro office chair

Basically i bought this in makro in October last year (2012) http://store.makro.co.uk/p-17325-sigma-high-back-leather-faced-executive-chair-ec03-black.aspx and in 4 months all of the padding has gone from the seat and i am not sitting on hard wood... my rectum is not best pleased and is now quite painfull!!!!!!!!! ive phoned and complained to makro today and explained all of the padding has disappeared from the chair i bought from there store in october and has nearly or might have given me piles !!!!!!!!! they said if i take it in i can get a refund or money off another one, anyone who is thinking of buying this chair.... DO NOT BUY you have been warned


iam not pressing hard here to touch the wood on the base of the chair... 0 padding left

Wow, what kind of padding are they using do you know? It seems as if it just dissolved from heat.

lol it wouldnt surprise me if it was from heat i do sit on it alot, i have no idea what type of padding it is ? anyways ive just taken it back and the gave me a full refund on it so they were nice about it
