Voltage unlocking?

This might be a noob question but i have looked into making it 290x & cant do that.. , is it possible to unlock the voltage on this card?
as at the moment i can only adjust the power target?

GVR929D5-4GD-B-GA

What software are you using?
Last time I checked MSI Afterburner lets you increase the voltage by about 100mv.
Btw are you sure you want to put more volts into it considering you're using the blower style cooler?

i cant seem to download afterburner. im using asus gpu tweak
its liquid cooled mate industrial hair dryer days are behind me XD

To modify the voltage in Asus gpu tweak you need an Asus bios on the gpu as far as I'm aware.
