Does anybody use Vmware Workstation? If so what setting do I have to put the network to be able to have 2 virtual machine running at the same time talking to eachother..?

Put both virtual machines in the same team (use the wizard to create one). Create a lan segment (also in the team wizard). then edit the ethernet controller to both use the new lan segment (lan 1 by default)

Or you should just be able to have both of them pick up IP addresses from your router and just act like two PC's on your network iirc.
