The bar may have been raised. Also if I am not mistaken it does not account for multi GPU setups just counts GPU1 (or 0 depending on how you look at it).
For me my WEI is:
Processor 7.7
Memory 7.8
Graphics 7.9
Gaming Graphics 7.9
Primary Hard Disk 7.9
Overall 7.7
My CPU score used to be 7.8, run the test again and see what happens.
