VERY budget gaming pc - 400 euros +-

I don't know about that. You are moving way back to older generation products and honestly 60GB of SSD is NOTHING (if those components are used then you shouldn't even bother thinking about it, you can't possibly know how far the chip was pushed)

I would get this i5 and MOBO from a contact that I have done other deals with before - he is constantly building and changing parts and he said that he has it just laying around and not being used.

After I talked to him that I need to make a super budget build for a friend then he offered this deal for me - and I must say that an i5 would be a great deal at this price point even though its last generation.

Only thing is with what GPU I should pair it up with as the maximum GPU length in this case is 210 mm.

Also at this price point is there any reason to strive for the 8gb of RAM or better to leave it at 4gb?

See this build and add 200 euros for i5 and mobo:

http://www.pccomponentes.com/core/client/showList/id/529813/hash/TZT6YRzk

This is going with the 260x as it is cheaper.

Even so - if I would add the i5 + mobo (that is a killer deal) then it would be base price of :

346.85 euros

if adding the i5 combo = +200 = 546.85 Euros

if adding the AMD 860k (69 euros) + mobo (100 euros) = +169 = 515.85 Euros

I am going above the budget by minimum 115 euros....

hmm, I guess I could go with 8 gb but that is another 41 euros - and if that would be the case then I would have to go for the AMD Athlon as that would save me some money.

I could save some more on the GPU but then I would have to downgrade to a R7 250X 1GB GDDR5 at 92.95 euros That is only 1 GB but its DDR5. I would save 24.05 Euros.

*Edit* I would pick this 3570k + asus delux mini itx for my self if I wont go for it in this build - it wont go to waste at that price.

Well just stick with the most ram you can get. With that low end gpu the system won't be taxed as much and it'll use less ram. I would just upgrade that along with the bigger ssd asap as a first upgrade

8 GB of RAM it is then. I will go for the AMD version as this seems to be the most economical option.

Or does anyone have any other possible build that is this budget oriented at THIS web page (as I dont have newegg etc etc)

If you're okay with the case being slightly bigger you can save your self a fair whack of money by going with an M-ATX board and case over the ITX one you had picked.

I noticed that the cheapest 270 and the cheapest 265 are actually the same price (well a euro different...) so why not get more performance for the money. You should have a solid build here, perfect for budget gaming :).

Oh and you will be able to overlcock that RAM and GPU really well! ^_^

I'm sure the GPU will as Sapphire do very good coolers across the whole range of cards however, the RAM wont be worth the hassle if you can get it to overclock at all. There will also be minimal performance gains, if any, from overclocking the RAM.

Not to mention the board or cpu probably isn't capable of handling OCs on the ram.

The CPU is a Kaveri. It can support overclocks up to 2400Mhz. I don't suggest something like that but if you can reach 1600mhz or 1866mhz without hurting perfomance it would be "good"

true but both the cpu memory controller and motherboard need to be able to handle it. I don't think this board can, it's not aimed at that type of person.
