+1 the 750ti is a wicked little card.
Yes it is but in comparison the to r7 265x it is slower. They are often found at the damn near the same price.

I don't know about that. You are moving way back to older generation products and honestly 60GB of SSD is NOTHING (if those components are used then you shouldn't even bother thinking about it, you can't possibly know how far the chip was pushed)
6gb ram is what I'd do minimum for a gaming pc.
Oh and you will be able to overlcock that RAM and GPU really well! ^_^
I'm sure the GPU will as Sapphire do very good coolers across the whole range of cards however, the RAM wont be worth the hassle if you can get it to overclock at all. There will also be minimal performance gains, if any, from overclocking the RAM.
The CPU is a Kaveri. It can support overclocks up to 2400Mhz. I don't suggest something like that but if you can reach 1600mhz or 1866mhz without hurting perfomance it would be "good"
