Using 55"-65" OLED tv as monitor

Ok, yes I agree that E30 is crap out of the box, but after turning off all img. processing and switching to true cinema mode (not gaming for some reason) lag drops from 55ms to 30ms, and ghosting gets better as well, color is bad out of the box as well and requires calibration (way too much blue), but after that I managed to get 97% of accuracy in ycbcr444 colour space which is about 96 in sRGB I'll attach my measurements, also on my tv there is pixel bleeding if sharpness isn't set to 0. Keep in mind that every screen is different even 2 screen of same make/model will require slightly different settings to produce accurate picture that's why use colorimeters, instead of copying settings from forums.

I will consider your suggestion about monitors but when I was shopping for one I could not find good 32" monitor that wasn't ultra wide which wont work for me because I'm half blind on one eye and see around 85% on the other.

Since you mentioned latency here again and you mentioned you want gaming as well, you should know the while dropping from 55ms to 30ms is impressive, 30ms is still absolutely horrible. While I don't have any information on at which point it becomes bad, I would take a guess anything above 15ms is going to be noticeable especially in a competition environment

30ms is 2 frames delay at 60fps, on 60hz single frame is displayed for 17ms, so 30ms is actually good for gaming at 60fps.

I can assure you it is not. You would notice it even on console and you only generally get 30FPS for console games. I noticed it like crazy. The time between frames is less noticeable on console however you can tell in certain games like the FPS genre where quick movements are required. You will not only notice a tear(depends on game) you will feel it as well. The input lag is still going to be bad.
On PC input lag is going to be worse from a user experience standpoint because of the accuracy and quickness the platform provides. However you look at it, it's pretty poor. This is coming from using multiple TVs and specifically since this applies to you, a LG 55" OLED 1080p(iirc) display. Don't remember the model number, but the model year was 2016.

They have a 40" large monitor on the market I believe. Don't remember the brand, think it was Dell? Can try to research that to see if it's what you would like. I believe it was 4k.
Whatever you choose, you should definitely sit back further than normal. Less strain on your neck and eyes. I used to sit close to a 32" TV and it would kill me if I sat to long.

I have decided to hold off ordering OLED tv and wait for OLED pc monitor, hopefully they will be released in a year or two.

Probably a good decision, a lot of modern 4K TVs are quite lacking in terms of Input lag, especially when playing HDR content. Beyond that, mast affordable/budget 4K displays don't even offer proper HDR support, which is very disappointing.

Perhaps in a year or two these issues will be worked on, especially with the release of the Xbox One X and PS4 Pro pushing more people into 4K.

Update
I just borrowed proper lag measuring gear;
Viera e30 results:
14ms in game mode(without white balance correction in service menu),
33ms in true cinema (with calibrated white balance in service menu),
44ms game mode (with calibrated white balance in service menu)
