It's in the rules, don't know why it just not allowed on hwbot.

Is that cos the gpu is doing the physx and not the cpu ?

If u have to cancel physx merely on the basis of having a physx capable card - then the test is worthless.

So the thing is a sham to protect the integrity of the AMD gpus ?

It can stay blocked afaic, the figures are meaningless.

AMD people can still either use a secondary card or even an ageing physx pci card. It's somewhat of a joke.

This also representitive of reviews where u see the 3dmark scores - the reviewers turn off the physx to compensate for the AMD shortfall ?
