I used to buy second hand gpus and repair them with very little fail rate. However it is risky. Think i may actually buy a new one just incase of issues. Is the Frozer II as good as its rep??
 
Looks like it shall be a busy weekend. Just bought some paint for the mesh and boy i am looking forward to it. Not just because i get high off the fumes lol

Will upload photos of before and after when i begin.
 
Have started to paint the mesh on the case. So far it looks pretty decent. However my NZXT Havik 140 hasnt turned up yet

Sorry about the picture quality have been using my phone, need to purchase a decent camera at some point.
 
The mounting system is very beefy, even for someone my build i found it strenuous. The fans are awesome and boy do they push some air. It is a pity they don't sell them invidually or with an led option.
 
After constant nagging and none stop enquiries i have finally had my rma accepted and shall now be going back to sli.

Now i am in a dilemma as i don't know whether to sell my sli 450's and get a 560ti or wait for the keplars to come out.

Glad that my second card is coming back home yay

Quick update, bought some new parts (some from the forums) and shall be uploading some photos when i get my new graphics card. Bought a Radeon 4890 1gb, Phenom 1090t and a Kingston 64gb ssd. Sold my old parts on ebay. Kerching!!

Sold my Phenom 955, GTS 450 and Motherboard for £220

Picked up a 1090t for £119 and the ssd for £68.99. Am now debating on whether to sell my 4890 and get a 6850 2gb edition

Oh and bought an Asus M4A79XTD Evo from the forums but sold the ram as i didnt need it.

Fairly good deal but I take it you shaved a smidge off the actual second-hand value for a relatively speedy sale?

Nah, the 4890 will keep you ticking over till the next gen of cards come out in about 3 or 4 months time

I listed the items individually on monday then on tuesday got somebody offering me £200 for them all, told him he was having a laugh he then upped it to £220 which was my minimum price. Whats best was i then listed the bulk sales as £5 buy it now with £215 delvery so ebay aint touching my money.

Was thinking of holding off but getting the gadget horn for new things. If i dont get a new graphics card i think i'll look into a new case.

Cases last as long as form factors - so they might last a long time but they're still not invincible in the infinite tech deluge.

£215 for delivery? Did you typo or does that lower your cost by swapping the values around?

Lowers the cost significantly. Ebay can only take money from the sale price, not the delivery charge. So they'll probably get £1 out of me if they're lucky.

Seriously considering changing platform now as bulldozer kind of left me feeling gutted.
