The only thing I'd recommend purchasing is a graphics card..... at a push.
Thing is, it'll depend on what games you play and what size monitor you use, but you "could" dump all your cash on another £300-400 on a graphics card and not notice any difference. Cept upping quality settings perhaps - again depending on what you play and whether your 285 is already doing a dandy job on the size monitor you have.
[Example]
Even if you were a 24/7 WOW player, a 285 is going to absolutely cain all the settings. There are newer Dx11 settings to consider - but in all honesty, I'd not spend a wedge on a gfxcard for just that purpose. The effects aren't that much and what they are dis-proportionately hinder fps. I'd wait til they patch it a number of times yet.

I'd "really" consider saving your cash for something else. If you have a 20" screen, think about a 24.
Your base of mobo/cpu/ram will not be hindering your gaming what-so-ever. Your installation/setup of Windows would have more of a chance of hindering it.
.. nah. To be fair, if you had less than a 285 and perhaps gave more of an example of what you played that turned out to be a meaty game, a gfxcard would be easier to suggest. In all honesty I'd save mucho cash and invest in a new rig altogether, as an exercise. You can re-use the psu and harddrives, probably the case.
