upgrade 2080ti or 9900k+z390+32gb ram

so long story short I can upgrade my PC but I am able to purchase only one option its either the gpu or the cpu mobo ram combo if I will get the 2080ti it will go with x58 with w3690 4.4ghz and 12 gb ram and if i will get the i9 combo it will go with my curent r9 290x what to do what to do

What do you do with your PC? if it was me I'd split the difference and I'd get an AMD 2600 with a B450 Tomahawk 16G Gskill 3200@14-14-14-34 and a 2080 or even 2070 depending on what resolution you game at assuming you're a gamer of course and then you don't need to worry about any of the newer and older attacks that affect Intel and you still get a great system that will be great at 1440p - mid spec 4K, and if you wait just a little bit the newer AMD chips launch in July and will be announced on the 27th May 2019
