Ok, yes I will be upgrading to either 7870 (Tahiti) or 7950 but untill I get the funds I want to push this card as far as possible, and if it breaks.......I'll buy the upgrade faster 
My current Bios for my 4870 wont let me change the Mem Clock without the screen flickering every couple of secs. Currently I have a 790 (max) on core and 900 on memory (max is 1100 but this I cant touch), volts is 1263mV (max is 1273mV)
Basically, I want to flash the bios with one of these {link} the 800/1100 is looking a good choice, but just want to know what I need to 99% make sure that all will flash fine. (no flashing is 100%)
Am I right saying that any of the bios files on the link above will work with my card ?

EDIT :
I went ahead and flashed the BIOS so was running 825 and 1150, and tested ingame, but seen almost no improvement aside from the 10c heat difference.... so have reverted back to my original....... for now
