A little help, if you would be so kind! 
Hey guys so long story short I have been trying to unlock and root my new HTC One since I got it when it came out on Verizon on 8/22/13. I have scoured youtube and google trying to find out what it is that I am doing incorrectly. After following many guides to no avail I hope that one of you guys may know how to do it! I get all the way to submitting the identifier token but when I submit it, HTCDev returns an error; Error 160, MIDS not allowed(or something very close to that) and says bootloader unlock failed. If anyone knows how I can fix this or knows of another way to root the phone please post below!
I have all the drivers installed correctly as far as I can tell.
