Unable to use my BIOS (a weird solution?)

So recently my UPS died, and i lost my OC in the process. Not a big deal, except when i tried to access my bios, i could get into the blue screen no problem, but once in my keyboard would stop working except for the Esc key. was a funny problem, i tried a different keyboard with the same results, and spent the last few weeks fustrated with this issue. but then this morning after work my mouse died, and i could use the BIOS again! i charged my mouse and again could not use the BIOS. so i have found that if my Razar Naga mouse is turned on, i can not use the BIOS on my computer. anyone else ever see something like this?

try a ps2 keyboard/adaptor.

ya i have a PS2 adapter on the keyboard, or i can not get into the bios at all
