well i was going to get a Corsair but it was like 50$ more and i needed to make a cut some were so i can get a better gpu but i dont want to make the mistake of cutting money on the psu and it end up dying and frying my whole system

I would spend the extra money and get the Corsair. Ultra PSUs tend to be mediocre in the efficiency and voltage regulation departments. Corsairs are built like tanks and probably will last you through two or three more builds, assuming your wattage requirement doesn't increase substantially. Its worth the extra money, even if it means you have to use a crappy GPU for a month or two.
