Ubisoft spends $137.5 million to prevent Vivendi buyout

Ubisoft has now spent $137.5 million to help prevent a potential buyout by Vivendi, purchasing 3.2% of their own shares from Bpifrance.

Without sounding too bitter, from a pc gamers perspective Im not sure ubisoft could get much worse.
I'm sure they actually could but the amount of bs ubisoft give out to hype games and then they are nothing like what they said.... The division or watchdogs being a couple of examples.
