UAC will not open need help

Hey

i was going to change the UAC settings, but then i pressed the button it just will not open. nothing is happening too it. how can i fix this problem?

i have windows 7
gtx 780
4770k
asua saberthooth z87

A quick google search led me to the thread below on the Microsoft forums. The solution is for a slightly different problem, but it's not completely unrelated. The solution is a registry "hack" so be very careful i.e. make a backup of your registry in case something goes wrong.

Did you install something recently that may have caused the UAC settings menu to stop functioning? You could try a System Restore to a point where you had no issues.

I am sorry man but that dident help me out a lot i am still stuck at the same point as i was. it feels like i am the only on that have this problem.
