Trying to do overclock

hello guys, im trying to do overclock to my computer but seems i can't find PLL or my motherboard not have option to " overclock " you can see here

is a very old pc +/- 2009 or 2008 computer i see i have some problems with games(lag) i know in this days we have good technology but i know i can overclock my cpu to 3.4 ghz but i need pay 50€ Lol its alot and this year i will buy a 1500€ computer gaming pc, and i wanna take advantage to see my old computer in action with this overclock, i already overclock my graphics card and works fine "nvidia geforce 210, 512mb" now cpu is problem because motherboard, i really want help.

That motherboard looks like an OEM (e.g. dell) motherboard and it probably has overclocking options locked.

Are you trying to overclock with CPU Z ? If so You don't overclock a cpu the same way as you overclock a graphics card, through a windows based 3rd party program like afterburner, you need to go direct into your bios.

When you turn your pc on, before the Windows logo appears on the monitor, keep tapping DELETE, ( I think it's delete for Foxconn if not ENTER ) That will open up the bios.

yes have overlocking locked is a HP desktop (HP G5150pt), i already use clockgen but is old and not have my pll and SetFSB too on my store to pay 50€ to overclock my cpu i think they gonna reset all configs made by HP(foxconn) to close my oc options and install original bios.

@paul is F10 to open bios, delete is diagnostic, and graphics is not problem for now and i use evga precision X and works fine and max 630 cpu clock and memory 525 i can't do more or start appear problems with screen color and lags. we now can back to CPU E5400 topic

after i reset my old bios i can't do overclock because HP / acer / etc this company dont support this they just locked..

Today i buy my new motherboard ASROCK g41c-gs and you guys can see almost 3.4ghz ^^ for me is fine now, i will run 24h with prime95 to see if i have any errors, this is just perfect and i can do more but i need new ram i use 1333 :/ but now is fine this is safe for now soon i will get my new desktop. i did this alone without help and guides
