Top rad for Cosmos II

I'm new to liquid cooling and I'm wondering what size rad I can fit in the top (thickness wise) if I want to run with push/pull.

I know your gonna say, no use a 60mm thick rad or something and fans on the top but no, I want push/pull, dont care if the rad is more skinny, I KNOW theres only 2 fans on when there could be 4 and it would bug me:lol:

My mobo is a Asus Maximus V Extreme, appreciate your feedback

45mm thick rad ish?

Regards

No im currently with a Trooper, thats why im asking, ive seen all the reviews on YT but I dont get the info I want, as far as I can read myself to id have to use a HW black ice 240 rad with strong cfm fans to do push pull in the Cosmos II

I think there are better cases than the Cosmos II for watercooling.
It isn't laid out particularly well.

Maybe look at one of the silverstone cases instead? As you can fit a 480mm rad in the bottom of the TJ11 and TJ07.
But tbh - if you look at the CKC build - I personally think the motherboard in that looks a little small in the cosmos. Kind of looks like using a MATX in a normal case - but again, that's just my opinion :p

I like the standard layout look, not the way the TJ's are designed.

I was also considering the Switch 810, it just looks so.. plastic and flimsy

Im not interested in modding the top and the handle for me to fit a push pull in it, and I know the Switch 810 could fit a 58.5mm thick 360 rad with push/pull and a 240 in the bottom so I could cool both the cpu and 2 gpus without any modding or much hassle, I want it pain free as its my first ever attempt to liquid cool

Well personally - I don't think it's worth watercooling 560tis anymore.
They're a little outdated, and for what it would cost to watercool them, you'd be better off selling them and getting a 670 and watercooling that.

Sorry I've answered basically everything apart from your question here :p
I just think you should fully upgrade your system to the best it can be before looking at watercooling options

Aha!
Change your sig ;)

I too think the switch 810 looks a little plasticy - but it seems everyone who has one seems to think it's amazing and doesn't have a problem with the plastic - so I don't think that's a bad choice - and it would save you a lot of money compared to the cosmos II
