Tom a ryzen OC guide please :) cos I suck

It has been many years since I was really into overclocking Athlon xp2500 days in fact.
Things are vastly different these days and I am a bit lost amongst the uefi stuff

I have been using Ryzen master and my cinebench score has gone down from stock 1163 to 1092 at 3.9

Tom is there any chance you can do a guide please as I know you have the same motherboard as I have.
Would love to know what settings I should be adjusting and by how much so I can get the best out of my setup.
