Titan Black Won't Be Black

I shall be that one! Seriously though, I am actually curious about BOINC credits
and performance of double vs. single precision, but as said it's too early to tell
at the moment.

I really could not justify spending so much for a few extra points in a program, I know there are enthusiasts here but there's a point were the word enthusiast turns into derp

It's not so much that I justify spending the money with a few extra credit points.

It went more something like this:
"Oh, shiny! Do want!"

And now that I actually have the card I just appreciate its upsides (well, just the
one actually, because the additional VRAM isn't really used in BOINC, I have yet
to see VRAM usage go above 800 MB ).

I would never claim my purchase was based on rational thinking, but then again
neither is pretty much the entire HELIOS project. Not that I have any regrets,
but I would never claim it to be a reasonable undertaking. It's a passion project,
and at least my personal passion projects do not need to be reasonable. :D

EDIT: Put differently: I made an informed decision. I looked at my options, my
desires and the cost, and decided that it was worth the money to me. I have
no problems with somebody else saying they would not have spent their
money this way, but in the end is that not the point of having your own money
(spending it on stuff you want, if you can afford to, even if others would have
chosen differently)?
