tips for 4ghz stable

well after 3 weeks i bit the bullet and went back to water dont let anyone tell you air is close to a good water setup because it aint good job i have a very understanding wife anyhow

for the life of me i cant get 4ghz stable does anyone have any tips, i can boot into windows from 1.48v upwards but no matter how much juice i give it if bsod after about a min of any stress testing this is all the way up to 1.58v aswell temps have never been above 52c i just dont understand lol

To this stage I just guess limited you o.c is the board. What is the max FSB your board can handle? What's voltages you put through NB, SB and ram?

FSB, or rather base HTT Clock isn't an issue as the guy has an unlocked CPU Multi. Could you post the following please list the following

CPU Frequency

CPU Base HTT

CPU Multi

Northbridge Frequency (See CPU-Z Cache Tab)

HT Link Frequency (See CPU-Z CPU Tab)

Memory Frequency (See CPU-Z if unsure)

Memory Timings (As above)

Current NB Voltage (See BIOS if unsure)

Current LDT/HTT Voltage (See BIOS if unsure)
