Time Capsule Printing (Diagram Included)

Hi i have been trying to Connect to my printers downstairs through either wifi or ethernet upstairs i have drawn a handy diagram to explain my situation

So i want to print through the Macbook Pro through Wifi and the iMac through Ethernet. Upon opening the Airport Utility upstairs it only displays the upstairs Time Capsule not the other ones and when trying to print photos it does not find the printer. Any Suggestions are greatly appreciated!

that's a lot of routers for 1 house, where does the net come in?

Are the TC's setup as extenders or do they have their DHCP servers running?

Have you set the downstairs TC to 'share' it's printer in the airport utility setup, and is it setup to share over bonjour etc ?
