hi, i currently use coretemp and the coretemp desktop gadget to monitor my temps, however i have not seen anyone else on here using it, is there a reason for it or is it just not that common, i have seen 1 person using the oc3d monitor, but i cant find it anywhere... how acurate is coretemp compared to the alternatives? etc.

I use DugDiamond's app if it's still around somewhere on the forums. Yea here it is.

Dug doesn't seem to like posting that he's written one so I'll do it for him (It's a great app and in return I'll attempt to keep him alive in BF3 when the team plays lol)

ok, been using dug's for a few days now, same readings as coretemp, but i like the way it gives max recorded temps etc, strange thing tho, the system tray readouts dont work, not a big issue but still strange

I have been using Dougdiamonds since he put it out, I love it.

Hey Doug, I was wondering, in the future if you make another or plan on ever doing an Update, if it would be possible to have an option to (In the Gadget Viewer) to see my GPU in C, and HDD in F?

Some of you might thing WTF, why? Well I am used to monitoring my GPU in Celsius, And the HDD Solid State Drive tells me basically the room temp, and being in the U.S. I am hard wired to read weather temp in Fahrenheit. It's just cool to have the room temp in F and GPU,CPU in C up at the top corner of my screen.

I can do this now by opening 2 instances of Dougs OC3D monitor and just setting each to have its own gadget. So not a big deal at all if its not in a future update, would just be cool in one gadget.

i have taken your suggestion on board

the OC3D monitor will be part of the new AIO app i have returned to writing
