It's not about having no heart, i liked him as an actor, but spamming everywhere as soon as some celebrity dies is just not necessary and not genuine. Doesn't matter if he was your favorite actor or not, it's not like you actually knew him.
Two days ago not a single person in this thread spent even a second thinking about this guy, but suddenly everybody is his biggest fan.

Im only kidding with the gif btw. Thats not true, some people will be spamming but not everyone.

Last year at Wrestlemania, The Rock, Stone Cold and Hulk Hogan were in the ring together, the look on their faces wasn't set-up, it was genuine and that brought a tear to my eye because it took me back to being a kid. Those three hadn't been together in years.

This year Ultimate Warrior died the night after he was inducted into the hall of fame. That brought a tear to my eye.

It doesn't matter if you knew them are not. People can still touch you even if its not physical.

Absolutely everything in wrestling is scripted, if you believed that their feelings were genuine then they did their job right.

I just don't get what the point is of everybody having to post RIP on every platform they can. It's not like that is going to bring him back or it's going to help his family or anything, it's just something everybody feels like they have to do, good etiquette or whatever.

Not everything is lol, thats like saying they're zombies. You know the difference when you've been watching it 3/4 of your life.

So is there nobody out there that if they died you'd be bothered about? (Not family wise, we're talking people you've never met like you said).

There are people i'd consider a loss to mankind, but i would keep that to myself. There is a difference between caring about the death of a person and posting about it everywhere. It's not like anyone really cares about you caring about someone.
Posting about the death of a celebrity to me is on the same level as posting about what you are eating right now.

I suppose that makes sense. But then we can't celebrate someone. :D

You can celebrate someone alive, then it at least means something to someone. Mourning the death of someone who is like one level above a stranger doesn't do anything for anyone.

The circumstances of their death make it a very different story in my opinion.

Fast and Furious 2, 4 and 5 were awful and 3 didn't have Walker in it so i'm hardly a fan.

JR

Fast and furious, 2 fast 2 furious and fast furious tokyo drift were the best ones imo

Seekax While I see some logic in your comments, I think there is a distinct lack of compassion. The loss of a great entertainer and the celebration of his talents and life are well deserved, if people wish to pay their respects then that is entirely up to them, and really should not be questioned. There are many greats that have passed and will be missed sorely as we'll never see or hear their talents again, Jimi Hendrix, Rik Mayall, Tommy Cooper, Ronnie Barker, Eric Morecome, Paul Walker, Gary Moore.. too many to list.

+1

he was a big part of many of our childhoods....... Like come on he named his Daughter Zelda. He has my respect as a dirty nerd just on that alone!

RIP. One of my favourite comedians and a really great actor as well. I first saw him in Mrs Doubtfire and I've enjoyed all of his work ever since. He will truly be missed.

You guys who aren't too familiar with Williams should forgo his movies and track down some of his stand-up comedy performances. That's how he started, and he put on a HELL of a show. You can find at least 2 of his HBO comedy specials on the torrents, and they're excellent (assuming you like stand-up).

RIP. :(
