Not too bad. I've found that the E6600 and higher need a fair amount of colts to be stable at higher than 3300MHz :(
 
This E6700 was prime stable on stock volts at 3300 Mhz but after that it didnt scale too well and wouldnt even boot at 3400Mhz with stock volts.

My E6600 was duel prime stable at 3400 Mhz on stock and scales very well too.
