The NurburgRig - OC3D Racing Series...?

Hope you record this, Tom. Or some of you, at least. I can't take part on the basis that I really, really suck, but it should be a fun watch.
Ever thought about live streaming? :D

Just reinstalled this and have thrown a few graphics mods into it as well.

O my...... I forgot how GOOD this thing could look(the 'Ring at dawn with the mist and the bright sunlight coming over the trees is epic!!!!)

to mod shift you need to do the following:

Backup your shift folder first.

For several Need for Speed Shift mods you need to unpack the game files.
In order to do so, just copy the following files into your game's directory:

- game_unpack.bat
- nfsshift.bms
- quickbms.exe

Then run 'game_unpack.bat'.(go make a cuppa,it may take a while.)

Once the game is unpacked, you can use these new unpacked files by adding
the "-loose" parameter to your shift.exe shortcut. Make a new shortcut on
shift.exe, then click on right mouse -> properties and in the line
"target" add " -loose".

After that you should be able to start the game with this shortcut.
Once you have that you need to get the JSGME(JameSoft Generic Mod Enabler),extract that to the shift folder and run once.

After that is done close it and then add any mods you get into the MODS folder that is part of JSGME.

Shift-Unpack.zip

That is how mine looks after been unpacked and with the mod enabler in the folder(that one called DLC_Pack contains Ferrari's:lol:).

Now you can go to Nogrip or race department to get some mods.
