Starting a new build at the end of January to upgrade some of the system. Here are the specs (new and some existing).
New
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP7 or ASUS Sabertooth Z77 (Still undecided)
i7-3770
16 GB Corsiar Vengence 17000
EVGA GTX 680 Classified 4GB
Reusing
Coolermaster Cosmos II
XSPC Raystorm 750 RX360 kit (Used other Fittings and Tubing)
Corsair AX1200
2 X Kingston 256 GB SSD Now 200
Existing tubing, fans etc are all orange. Really like the idea of the Gigabyte board for the look in the system but its a big dollar for a colour. Thoughts on the specs would be appreciated.
Then after the system build need to start thinking about cutting the door of the Cosmos II for a window so I can see whats inside. Although this looks like it will be a hell of a job. But nothing ventured nothing gained, after discovering OC3D a few noths ago and watching many TTL videos I am convinced I have not been putting the care and attention into the box that I should have, it should not only perform better than my friends systems it should look better as well. Time to get out the Dremmel and start overclocking etc.
Like I said thought are appreciated, I want to do this right this time.
