Temperature of SCSI Drives

I have some Seagate Cheetahs in my media server.

And they seem to be bloody hot. What is a alright temp for these drives?

I have 5 of them. I think they are around 50oC. Which i don't like at all.

What do you guys think? There are two huge fans sucking air around the drives. I dunno what else I can do. :eh:

Thanks!

Oh, and are there any IDE to SCSI converters around? Would like to whack a drive in there. ;)

Never owned a scsi drive myself but I would think thats normal / acceptable on account of the high rpm involved

and yea theres converters around, just google scsi ide adapters. think ebuyer do cheap ones

lol, I hope so. Just don't want them to die because of the heat. They cost to much to die! :D
