Usually cards come with display adapters which may or may not be useful, crossfire or sli bridges, flyers and guides, a disc with old crappy drivers and power adapter cables for people with questionable priorities.
The card itself is about what you'd expect. A dodgy 7950 core slapped on to a 7870 pcb with performance that sits between a 7870 and a 7950. Great value for 1080p gaming seeing as you can find them on sale for the same price as a 7870 sometimes.
