System wont POST

Just put system together. On the ABIT ic7 MAX3, when the case power is pressed the diodes D1 and D2 go red & yellow (near SATA conns). btw fans are so quiet i thought they were OFF AX800XT fan spins and blue LEDS glow, mobo CPU and n'bridge fans spin and that OTES tube glows green got one IDE drive on and the corsair memory in. the reset button on the case doesnt seem to do anything monitor (working) led never changes from standby yellow - checked with laptop output tried both conns on graphics card - what next guys?

Done a CMOS clear - switched jumper, removed battery and both ATX connectors - waited over a minute and tried again - useless! Now will try AX800XT in diff PC ...

I'm well nackered now and getting up at 5am The AX800XTPE is OK and I'm using it now, I swapped out the gfx card from sys1 XFX5200 I think, and it posted and the spkr was doing a two tone fecking warble like a car alarm. I will have to admit defeat and read the manual - will post more later on Weds ....
