No output showing from motherboard

hi,
my current system specs is FX8300 with a MSI 970gaming Mobo with R9 380 graphic card
last day after my system went to sleep mode its not starting. when i power on the system all fans r running but not getting any output no display including no mouse or keyboard, even hard drive indicator on the system case not flashing, gpu just spinning then back to idle then doing it again and again, all system fans including radiator fans r running, can any one tell me what could b the reason??

i reset the cmos, even change the cmos battery, dis assembled the system clean it and re assembled it still the problem exists.

This is kinda vague, but it's either the CPU, board, or GPU. I would try and find a PC to put the GPU in. TBH it could even be the PSU.

My gut is saying it's the mobo, but yeah I can't really tell you for sure. It's one of those sucky situations..

Make sure the cable is in securely and that the cable is actually working. You'd be surprised how often I have had to fix this issue for family with just a cable swap...
