System won't boot after light cleaning.

Hey there. Hope you guys can give me a couple of ideas about this. I opened up the computer to clean it a little, just the graphics card (MSI 290x) and the water cooler. I took the graphics card out, removed the shroud with the fans, vacuumed carefully between the fins, put it back together. Same deal with the H80i, removed it from the CPU and the case, removed dust, put back together. Now when I press the power button, fans and everything start spinning and that's it, no signal to the monitors, no beeps, no nothing. Rechecked everything again, initially I forgotten to plug the PCI-e connectors to the GPU, but that didn't help. Also replaced the thermal compound on the CPU before installing the AiO back. Any ideas of what I could have missed? Thank you.

Right, first of all are you sure that your cooler hasn't leaked on anything? Because I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago where my liquid cooler leaked all over my 290 and fans would run normally but I wouldn't get an image on the monitor...

Try clearing the bios, see if that helps because my board every time I re-install the cpu needs to detect it first..

Also, when you powered on the PC without having plugged in the gpu power from the PSU did the motherboard allow the PC to power up? Didn't it beep to warn you that you forgot to plug the cable in?

Sorted, it just needed a reset. Very weird though, I've done this sort of cleaning before to the exact same system and it never had any issues. Works like a champ now. Thank you.
