Nice mate....I may be getting a new wallpaper, it looks like! 
Ok Beta 0.2 now.
In the attachements you will find a screenshot.
I will post a link to the ZIP file in a few minutes then.

i dont like the icons, they are too big and are cartoony.
i dont like the font for the clock, it is boring
will the icons and small icons all be customisable?
possibly put the taskbar thing on the bottom? sorry i may find it hard to get used to up there.
and do you mind if i steal your ring design with the cpu inside for my own wallpaper?

-> You cant change the wallpaper by hand (Like "Display->Background"). You can do it per Talisman but you would have to take a Black one. Otherwise the Style wouldnt work.
I will finish this Stlye Up soon and begin with a second one.

Icons from the right > Smaller, Other Position
Clock > DD.MM > HH:MM:SS
Wallpaper > Updated
