thanks, just a quick question, would it be better to two rads, one for gpu and one for cpu or one large one like the Phobya : http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/product.php?productid=12098&cat=1775&page=1 and then use a y fitting to create one loop for the cpu and another for the gpu?

No mate internal twin loops like that are silly and just look messy. I think we should carry this on in the other thread now.
