I am a little supprized that the manufs like Scythe in this example, don`t do a whole range of fan sizes already - in the sense that if u mod anything - there`ll be a fan for it. Size, width, whatever.

Can`t blame them for banking popular sizes in the main I guess. It`s pratical business.

I keep my hard drives vertical so a 120mm fan blows on them naturaly. Seems to be doing a good job.
