Super Flower Leadex Platinum Loud or Not?

Hey!
I am really considering this power supply, however I am really concerned about the fan noise after TTL review. I won't be stressing this PSU much (4790k with gtx 980, both OC).
So I was aiming for 1000W Unit. I really want white PSU, so this is the only option, but I want to remain it dead silent when in the case. I also know that there is this "eco" mode and when enabled, it should perform much more quiet, so I would just leave it on the whole time.

Any thoughts about this one?

Thx.

I think TTL did a review on it :)

Really depends on the load you put on it tbh - youve not given us enough info to be able to give you an accurate answer but the review will answer everything.

I wrote that I have seen the review from TTL.
My specs:
4790k@4,5 and I plan more on water
980@1350 and I plan more on water
z97 asus sabertooth
32GB ram
SSD+HDD
+waterloop planning

I know that this would be total overkill but:
1. In the future I maybe will add second 980
2. I would like to have some headroom 500W seems alright :D

I'm using the black version, with a pair of R9 290's, and an i5 4690k, they are all running as they come out of the box ( for now ) all are under water, and I can't hear the fan, but then again that was my plan, I heard the fan could be load, so I went with enough headroom in the unit, so the fan would rarely have to spin.

My EVGA is a Leadex based PSU and it runs quiet enough. May not be the quietest in the world but it's not louder than my case fans. I wouldn't think it should be a problem.
