Ok this is what i have come up with so far with a budget of around £500

Motherboard:

Abit IP35 Pro - IP35 PRO

Ram:

2Gb Ocz Dual Channel Platinum - OCZ2P800R22GK

Psu:

Corsair HX620w 620w - CMPSU-620HXUK

Case

Lian Li PC-7B PLUS - PC-7B PLUS

will get a hdd for Christmas and i can properly find a dvd drive

Fudging delectible decisions.

Slapped together the same mobo/cpu (cept with patriot memory) the other day and took it to 3.6ghz b4 it started acting up. On air (Scythe Ninja) that is and without messing about with voltages.

Be careful buying a Ninja as a cooler tho, older stock has a 775 plate that needs adapting b4 u can fit it to an IP35 Pro.

U`ll be licking u`r chops m8, and it`s all good value for money imo.
