You'll find alot of people mistake a low fps in online games as their pc being at fault. The majority of it will be the server connection which you can do nothing about. The fastest gaming pc in the world will still lag with 1000s of player in the vicinity, which doesn't mean on your screen necessarily, can just be on the same section of the server.
