Hello,
I'm unsure how to address this issue, but something rather strange happened.
I received an email today from somebody that I do now know that was strangely dated for 12/12/2012. The subject said "unsubscribe" and the only recipient in the "To" field was "newsletter<at>overclock3d<dot>net" with the main body of text being "I never subscribed to this - <sender's email address>"
I then tried emailing a member of your staff as I had no idea why I would receive such a message, but it was bounced back with a mail delivery failure notice saying that my IP address was in the SORBS DNSBL database.
I have no idea if this is just a spam message or if it's legitimate, but I wanted to bring it up to you in case it is an actual issue.
If you require any additional information, please feel free to send me an email or a private message and I will gladly oblige.
Lastly, may I suggest a way to easily get in touch with technical support, such as a web form or a dedicated email address that does not block IP addresses? I have an account with mail.com (though that will be changing now that I know their IP address is blocked) and it's rather frustrating having my legitimate email blocked as spam.
Thank you for your time.
