This is my current setup - it's not usually this clean so thought I'd take a pic! I'm quite pleased with it at the moment :)

I have a 5.1 surround sound connected through the optical out on the motherboard so that the signal is kept digital all the way through to the amplifier. The speakers are from a recording studio and will playback clean sound at all test frequencies. I've heard stories of the Z-5500's having a built in crossover to the satellites, but I'm not sure if I believe it now (as they're probably in the satellites).

I was running separates, but looking closely at the specs thought that this audio setup would be almost as good really. It sounds very good through most of the music I've tested so far.

On the top is a Epson R1800 which is an A3+ photo printer - great for plotting through to visualisations. Although to replace the ink cartridges it's £100 a time :O

I'm also currently using the Logitech Dinovo Edge keyboard - it's doing well although, the lack of the keypad on the side is frustrating to begin with; but you get use to it.

I trialed a MX Revolution mouse, but it wasn't for me so managed to find a bluetooth MX1000 laser mouse which I'm now fairly attached to :)

The desk itself is one released for the iMac, but I thought it was quite cool (and cheap!), plus it fitted into the gap between the wall and chimney!

oh and the bright things are sticky notes, yay!

That is a niec setup, freakishly clean, how do you cope with the single height enter key?

I also had an mx1000 (which was dodgy) trialed an mx revolution, it kept turning itself off at random, i eventually beat it to death.

It actually has a double height 'Enter' key, which is nice :)

I went off wireless mouses (mice!) for a while and had an MX518, but went back again!

I think I'm a Logitech fanboi 8)

Looks greats, but where's the space for all your crap? (C'mon, you must have some!)

Hehe, seriously looks awesome.
