Steam Holiday 2013 Sale

Bought Witcher 1 and 2 last night for only $15, for that price well worth it.
Been looking at more games but I don't feel any more games are worth it. Maybe the Total War series? All are very cheap right now.

Was highly tempted to pick up Far Cry 3 cheap for €7.50 but then I see it needs that shit Uplay to launch it, is Steam itself not enough?

Oh well, at the very least that'll save me some cash.

On a far more positive note though, I just picked up the 3 Bioshocks for €13. I've only ever really played the 1st one, and Infinite quite briefly. I haven't heard great things about the 2nd one.

I've played the second one for a little while and it doesn't seem all that different from the first one in terms of game play. The main difference is that you start off as a "Big Daddy"

Just bought Nether, wont let me link up my steam account to it. Apparently there is a lot of people having this problem so i hope they can get it fixed asap :D

Got Assetto corsa just got to download and get it configured to my 360 controller can't justify spending £200 on a wheel

The 2nd is my least favourite of the three, but it is tough keeping up with the original and Infinite to be fair. Despite it not being as good as the other two, after playing it there's no way I'd rather not have done. I still see it as a must for any big Bioshock fan (like me :)); other people less interested in the series may disagree though.

Uplay is fine, used it to play FC3 and AC4. Never had an issue. Ya i like steam better but the in game menu alone doesn't make it bad. I never use it anyway.

Uplays not to bad I use it for anno 2070 and fc3 AC2, steam has been hacked as well as a few other Given a choice I'd prefer steam or origin

I couldn't resist getting 3DMark for £1.89
I have £30 in my Steam wallet as a gift but its not worth breaking into that for £1.89 so I paid for it myself.

My Steam ID is hatredspirit if anyone wants to add me.

EDIT: I couldn't resist, I had to try out Firestrike extreme.
