Hi ppl!

After over a year of reading ( forums and articles ) I brought myself to sign up

in the forums @ OC3D.

First act: joining FoldingTeam :-)

Unfortunately my best PC is currently unavailable, but following are running:

MacBook Pro Core2Duo 2x2.8GHz 4GB DDR3

MacMini Core2Duo 2x2.26GHz 2GB DDR3 ( 24x7 )

iMac Core2Duo 2x2.4GHz 4GB DDR2 ( 24x7 )

Maybe I get my G5 running too... thinking about...

Placing an introduction in a few days ( maybe tomorrow ).

So long - happy folding!

I am a total mac n00b but what kind of GPU's does it support or have onboard ?

Supports just a few GPU's, but these are ( theoretically ) normal ones.

My iMac has an ATI Radeon HD2600, PowerMac has a NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 ( AGP - oldschool!!! ),

MacBook Pro has NVIDIA GF 9400M AND (!!!) GF 9600M GT, and MacMini has GF 9400 too.

Quite 'casual' GPU's, but there is a problem called "different ROM". Does not even

work, when I boot Win7 via BootCamp ( native speed w/o emulation ).

BOINC features a CUDA-support 4 Mac, F@H doesn't... like always :-)

Want to highlight one thing again... My PowerMac has an AGP-Card!

NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200! 64MB VRAM! AGP! Can u imagine?

Takin' a trip down memory lane :-)

/edit:

BTW... anyone knows how long it takes untli my user appears @ FAH statistics?

Active clients is based on which clients have returned work in the set amount of time, not to clients that have downloaded work. They'll be shown when the current WU finishes on those clients.
