Star Citizen is now selling virtual land for up to $100

What I dont understand is HOW some one can spend money on a game that is NO WHERE near being finished...

I have 2 mates that have spent between them like 1500e on the game. And the preach how good its going to be etc.

Even games supposedly finished have bugs and does not work from the start. So even NOW its best to wait 6 months untill they have been sorted out.

SC has gone to a whole new lvl of taking CASH from people and making them 'testers'......

Sounds like addiction in play here.

I remember many years ago there was a term put to this (can't remember what) but it's when you have invested so much that you can't see it fail so you throw good money after bad and convince yourself it's all good, like putting a new engine in a rust bucket because it's just had new tires and exhaust the cars never going to be worth what you spent

Sorry, but anyone dropping any money whatsoever on this illusion of a 'game' needs to make a doctor's appointment - today!

Disclaimer: if this game is ever released it's awesome and I'll play it. It's their hitherto conduct that I find abysmal.
