Hi there. I have a little building project going on and I have a question about SSD Caching.
I have a P9X79 Delux Motherboard and it offers SSD Chaching. I’m using one 80GB Intel SSD for OS and I have an old 500GB HDD. I need more space, so I want 3TB more in SSD Caching. I was thinking of getting myself a Samsung 840 Pro Series Basic 128GB to use for my OS and use the SSD I already got for SSD Chaching. It’s a Intel X25-M G2 80GB (http://www.storagereview.com/intel_x25-m_ssd_review)
So, do anyone have any good ideas on what HDD I should use in my SSD Caching? I was looking at a Western Digital Caviar Green 3TB but is there an other HDD that will give me more bang for my bucks in SSD Caching with my Intel SSD?
