SR-2 STACKER

Out of curiosity, what are your choice abrasives to finish those bare aluminium bezels even if they were later powdered? I'm still trying figure out how to get a proper bright scratch pattern.

That is one immensely beautiful case. I would love to buy that case and I bet everyone else here would too. Congrats on winning the coolermaster compo as well. I saw the other builds and they were very good too, but not as good as yours mate.

you wouldnt happen to mind sharing a few modding tricks arouund

awsome build man, you BETTER join the folding team

Very nice...saw some of your build in another forum...I think evga?

Maybe this will light a fire under Toms' a*& to do some actual mod builds like he did in earlier TTL customs days...and maybe not

If you've said I've missed it but is this your rig, partly sponsored, fully sponsored or what?

Do you get to keep it?

He got the Motherboard of someone called "Crazy_V", the SR-2 motherboard blocks he got from someone called Michael from "MIP's" and Crucial provided the 6GB Ram kit. EVGA provided the graphics cards and he used the words "from friends at EVGA" in the sentence so I'm guessing he got them for free, but don't quote me on that. The rest I think he purchased himself, but again don't quote me on that.

I hope this helped a little, lol.

Yeah i got sick of waiting on the motherboards to hit Europe so got a friend in the US to buy one and ship it over which took the price close to 800 notes so won’t be doing that again lol

For sure though a lot of it was sponsored which i’m eternally grateful for but it still needs someone to put it all together

Anyway, thanks again for all the fantastic comments as it makes it all worth while and i'll be sure to post the new build from start to finish as it happens.

Seen the build before a little while back. It was one of the first I saw when I came onto the modding scene. In fact I have to say you have been something of an inspiration to me in my modding.

Love the attention to detail and the grass rots modding approach.

Basic tools basic skills

Quality craftsmanship.

just re read my original post and hope I didn't come across wrong.

By basic I mean down to earth, no laser cutters, no high end high techkit. Just good honest tools and skills

You do what you do with readily available tools, it's your skill that comes tothe fore.
