SPORE! EA have ruined another good game

I dont know why they bother, I mean people will just use a crack to get round it but then it makes you think why bother buying the game at all.

Does anybody know what the rules are regarding owning a license for a piece of software but using the 'cracked' version? This seems like a prime candidate for "buy the game but download the crack".

I always use cracks to get my games running without the CD, mainly because I don't like messing with CDs constantly.

The other reason is that I use Wine to run them under Linux and you almost always have to crack them for that on account of the CD drive being accessed totally differently.

I am really starting to get ticked off with EA Games, they are limiting us to a peice of software which we pay for.. and they limit us, so what is it going to be like for us that love to screw around with our computers and require a reinstall quite often/do hardware changes very frequently?

DAMN YOU EA GAMES! You really know how to break someones loyalty..
