Specialtech Site

Does anyone know whats up with the specialtech site and if they went bust or just having problems with their site hosting as I have an order with them for watercooling bits? When you click on there site http://www.specialtech.co.uk/ it states account suspended

Yea noticed that this morning

. Now just have too wait for this order and will order again tuesday

. Really should have done both together. Would have if realised today and monday where bank holidays so would get them about the same time in anyway

To clear this all up the site went down on the morning 21st because of a technical fault with the main server and backup.

this has since been fixed, also the shop since had a speed boost.

if you placed an order on the morning of 21/04 could you please use the support ticket and with a your order ID and explain you ordered on the 21st.

Seems just before the servers went there were one or two orders that were processed but didn't show on our system.

We've been through all payments etc. this morning and we think we've got them all and recreated the 'lost' orders but I'd like to check we've not missed any.

Any orders previous or after that date are all fine

If you pick express courier and its withing the deadline of postage pick up there's a strong chance of same day.

Thanks was just wondering as mine is still on the processed bit but has been like that since the 19th when i ordered but last time I ordered from them it stayed on that until a week after I received the bits

. Makes knowing when too be home a pain.

Thats a long delay, i would do i quick support ticket for this as in that time period anything could've been going on with the servers until the crash.

Same with everyone else here that has ordered in this period, get in touch it doesn't hurt to see if your order is going smoothly.
