specialtech have an amazing selection of products so they do dont get me wrong but holy crap their delivery speed is woeful. im in northern ireland so i need to pay 13 for fedex which is at least a 2 day service but thats two days on top of how long it stays in their warehouse not getting sent out. i ordered first thing on tuesday morning ek 680 gtx+waterblocks in the hope that it would be with me for the weekend so that i can get wired in to rebuilding the beast but it still in the processed stage. which means that if it gets despatched tomorrow i still wont have it till at least tuesday. some people will ready this and think uugh what i whiney douche but my dad has a bearings business and we would order product from germany and get it the next day for example. now like i said they have an amazing stock but flip me each time i order it seems to take an eternity to get the stuff. aria next day, scan 1-2 day, overclockers 2 day specialtech 1 week. it really does need to improve

I'm sorry but I must disagree, I think the issue is perhaps that you're in northern Ireland mate. Which to be honest is being a little unfair on the guys. Maybe you should bung them an email over asking if they can improve it? They are very friendly and will no doubt look into your issues.

Every order I've put in has arrived next day, without fail, and even ordering early afternoon on a friday I called and asked to be upgraded to saturday delivery. All sorted and sent next day.

Can't say I've ever had an issue with them matey. I know you've said about ordering things from Germany, but if they have an established fast supply line to you, then thats why. And it will have a cost.

Get in touch with them and ask?

i called them. they aint sending it out till monday so i am not being unfair. i know n.i. has 2 day delivery but if it takes a week to pack a jiffy bag and whack a label on it then i am perfectly justified in my feelings. it aslo every time i place an order that it takes forever to despatch never mind christmas

Have they said why it's taking till Monday?

This doesn't sound like the Specialtech I get on the phone when I call?

Have you asked WHY its not being sent out. Knowing them its waiting for something to come back into stock.

They got back to me and said that they are dealing with processing a large amount of orders due to the holiday season. So Ill let them off with it this time for being super slow but all other times they are still slow to despatch. Ah well they haven't lost a customer their prices are acceptable and their range is fantastic. I shall just have to figure something else to do over the weekend

ive no doubt they are good lads chum we have all seen the support they have given you over the years and the products that have been donated for comps etc. im not moaning any more I know when they will be here ill do some braiding and soldering tomorrow as some flynn 2.0 prep work
