Speakers for TV...suggestions????

Hello people! just need some advice on some TV speakers for my living room. Living room is not big but not small. Tv in the corner, sofa in the opposite corner. The TV is a Samsung UE55ES8000, was thinking of getting the Microlabs solo 7c 2.0 speakers or maybe even the corsair sp2500. But i was worried about if i use a 3.5mm jack from the TV to the speakers i have to use the headphone jack on the tv :S will that effect sound? Should I be looking at something else?

I have Solo 7's in the front room and Solo 6's in the bedroom.

Hook them up to your TV via the headphone port and fix the speaker volume to something like 40 - then just use your TV remote

Like i said I ordered the speakers and they have arrived! They are fucking brilliant.

Before anyone says anything, the TV is subject to being moved hence why cables are a mess!

I purchased the solo 6c for my pc but the wall of sound was just too much, relegated to bedroom tv/film duties. For me those are a little big, your 7c's would just blow me away literally

lol yeah i know you cant tell by the pics but the speakers are on the big side! once the layout of the downstairs is settled ill see what the speakers are like hidden in between sofas etc but these things kick out so much full rich noise!

Aye they are great for the price and keep things simple. Im more than happy with mine and thats why they have not been replaced yet
